The Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team and provide a comprehensive, generalist HR service to designated business areas within Winstanley College. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, supporting staff and managers across a range of human resources and organisational development matters.
The HRBP will offer professional guidance on all aspects of recruitment, absence management, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, and employment conditions.
