DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
PERMANENT, FULL YEAR.
FULL TIME, 36.25hrs per week (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm)
START DATE: As soon as possible
The post-holder will be responsible for providing and embedding Human Resource leadership and development across the College and will be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level.
In particular:
- Develop and implement HR strategies which support the delivery of the College’s strategic priorities.
- To provide a comprehensive advice and support service.
- To develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures, in line with current and future legislation
- To ensure an effective recruitment, selection and induction process of staff
- To ensure that the College is legally compliant in all its HR processes including the safer recruitment of staff
- To ensure that the College’s safeguarding obligations are met in relation to its employment practices
- To lead on staff wellbeing and training initiatives to develop the College as an excellent place to work.
